Your mission will be:
As a trusted partner to the Head of Sales, Head of Finance of the Digital Industries division, and a member of the Management Team - you set and define financial policies and guidelines, and govern the financial management of the business$ads={1}
You will be leading a team of approximately 15 employees across various functions like local Order management, Sales controlling, and e-business- You are responsible for the integrity of books and records and for an effective Risk Management and Internal Control System
- You will do Financial Planning and Controlling of the functions in your area of responsibility and the overall controlling governance
- You will serve as a Role Model for the Financial Community
- Developing your team - taking care of people development, succession planning, and diversity as an absolute priority
- You support the team to change the activities from administration & execution to overseeing & steering using automation and digitalization where possible
Your profile:
University degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting- 8+ years of experience in finance roles and long-time experience leading teams (at least 3-5 years in a leadership role)
- Expertise in IFRS and Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines (SFRGs)
- Considering the high number of internal and external contacts required to effectively carry out this role, effective networking and collaboration skills are key
- A good knowledge of SAP, MS Office (esp. Excel), BI-Tools, etc.
- An understanding of automation tools such as KNIME, UiPath, or Low coding (e.g., Mendix, Alteryx, etc.) as an advantage
- You enjoy working together in a team and provide support within our multidisciplinary team
- Czech language and Business fluent English skills are required
