Your Purpose
Our Leadership Development and Design team create and implement quality learning products and Leadership development initiatives for our employees across the EMEA and APAC regions. As the Leadership Development & Design Coordinator, you’ll provide administrative and coordination support to make sure our programmes run smoothly.
In this role, you’ll work really closely with our Leadership Portfolio Manager who is based in Prague, but also with colleagues across Europe. You’ll send out communication to course participants, organize the logistics for events (such as venue bookings, managing transfers and problem solving), and manage scheduling via MS Teams and external providers where applicable. There will also be some data management needed, so you’ll keep track of participants using our online systems and MS Excel.
There’s also opportunity to create sharepoint pages so an interest in design would be useful, and a willingness to learn simple coding and new IT systems.
You’ll mostly work from home in this role, but also the office in Prague between 2-4 times per month. There is a small amount of ad-hoc travel required, for team meetings and for events which could be across Europe and specifically the UK.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with some admin experience wanting to move into the L&D within a multi-cultural, global business.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing logistics support for the Leadership development and design team, to ensure the smooth running of all Leadership and development initiatives across EMEA/APAC.
- Understanding the tools and processes of all the learning and leadership programs within EMEA & APAC to be able to provide communications, instructions, platform maintenance and support to the employees involved.
- Learning about new tools and systems to improve our ways of working.
- Working with relevant 3rd parties where required to manage invitations, platforms deploy assessments, book facilities and hotels where required.
- Working with our Global Business Support team to coordinate any work in the Learning Management System or other support they provide for Leadership and Design.
- Support the Learning design process by setting up and tracking, updating the process documents where needed.
About You
This is a development opportunity so we’re mainly looking for potential, along with the following:
- You’ll have some experience in an administrative role or managing events, which could have been on a voluntary basis or during university as examples.
- You’ll have an interest in Learning and Development, with a desire to develop this as a career.
- You’ll have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint and be comfortable managing data.
- You’ll be organized and focused on details.
- You’ll be able to manage multiple workloads to meet various deadlines.
- You’ll have good communication skills and be able to communicate fluently in Business English.
- You’ll be motivated to learn more, pick up on technologies and able to apply best practice to the work.
