The EU THV division (Transcatheter Heart Valves) of Edwards Lifesciences is committed to delivering high value content through digital channels to patients and healthcare professionals. To support decisions on campaign optimization and new programs, the marketing team is hiring a Manager, Digital Marketing, who will be responsible to grow digital marketing capabilities of EU THV Marketing.As a Manager Digital Marketing (Social Media, Data and Analytics) you will be responsible for developing and implementing THV EU Social Media strategy. You will also act as our Analytics champion to enhance our Data capabilities toward more omnichannel customer engagement and best in class customer experience.
You will be evolving in matrixed organization within a regulated environment, interacting with our global digital teams in various projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to building the THV Europe Digital Marketing Strategy supporting our business goals and strategy.
Define market segmentation and target audiences for digital marketing activities
Drive execution and measure impact of all our digital marketing activities
Define, plan and execute measurable promotional campaigns, aligned to strategic & operational business objectives
Develop digital and print assets in collaboration with portfolio management team and in compliance with Edwards’ policies as well as industry standards
Localize global assets to European markets
Design, deliver and implement media plans for target audience
Track and analyze performance metrics of our marketing assets
Monitor Competitive communication campaigns
Provide support for design of internal communications
Manage vendor and supplier relationships including creative, design and paid media agencies
Manage the Digital budget for target audience
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree + 8 years of marketing experience -OR-
Master's degree + 6 years of marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications
Marketing Automation experience
Social media management experience
Experience with CRM / marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Eloqua or Pardot for nurturing programs, lead management, lead scoring
Proficiency with social media listening & management platforms (Hootsuite, Talkwalker preferred, etc.)
Experience with online collaboration tools (Teams, Mural, etc.)
Proficiency with digital analytics, including strong experience with Google Analytics and with data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau or Power BI
Fluency in one or several additional European languages
Experience in international organizations
Proven experience either on client or agency / consulting side. Knowledge of multiple industries.

Strong communication skills: ability to explain complex data in a simple manner'
Experience in dealing with Data collection and activation
Proficiency managing reporting and dashboards for digital marketing programs
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Experience dealing with agencies
Ability to operate with agility and resilience in fast-moving, changing business environment with high performance standards
Solution driven and “patient first” mindset
Full proficiency with Office 360 tool suite
Fluent in English
